Black Cat one of a good to watch anime series from 2005, a manga series written and illustrated by Kentarou Yabuki under Shounen Jump. Train Heartnet is an infamous assassin with no regard for human life and always completing every job given to him with accuracy and never having failed in any mission and he is known by the name Black Cat. The elite assassin Train is working in an underground organization known as Chronos. The Chronos is a powerful secret organization and only the elite or the best of the best assassins can only work inside the organization. On one gloomy night, Train meets Saya Minatsuki, a bounty hunter.

A meeting that can change an outlook, Train starts to change from Saya influence and soon develop friendship and a positive outlook in life. Train starts to rethink his life and decides to abandon his role as an assassin or Black Cat and go to a better path, an honest bounty hunter like Saya. Because of change in Train’s life, Creed Diskenth a fellow assassin didn’t like it and his possessiveness in his underling specially to Train sudden change of heart, Creed starts to make an extreme measure in order to bring back Train in his side.

Black Cat's story focuses on Train Heartnet, an infamous assassin also known as Black Cat. Train starts to change his life into a positive side by meeting Saya Minatsuki, a bounty hunter. Train starts to change to be a good person and thinking of becoming a bounty hunter to start living an honest life. Because of a sudden change in Train’s action, Creed Diskenth disliked it for his possessiveness in his underling and made an extreme measure to bring back Train in his side. A story of change of life for Train is a real assassin and no regard to other human life as long he delivers his mission and meeting Saya is the key of his life changing but a sudden event happened that Train himself lost his way and became a stray cat afterwards. For the story wise this is a good shounen story, a balance of good and bad and a positive change of life from the dark side to a new honest life.

Black Cat anime series is produced by Gonzo and did a good job for its animation. A balance of good story and action is one of the great things in this anime series. Anime battle series from start till the end is smooth and entertaining to watch in this series even though it only has 23 episodes, its story wise and stays on the main story of Train Heartnet character development from its worst state to a great one. For the music choice opening song is great Daia no Hana a hard to forget anime opening song because of good vibes by listening for the whole music and well-suited to the whole anime series like its main character, and ending song something to remember it’s shows how the main cast character development from Namidaboshi song to Kutsuzure song a good choice for this series.

Black Cat anime series deserves a good anime recommendation in terms of a good story and a shounen where action is the main course with a good storyline. Anime or manga? The anime series of Black Cat is really a good anime to watch from start till the end, the balance of action and a bit of drama for a character development is the real deal for the whole story. For the manga it’s also good to read the whole manga series if you think the anime series is not enough for you. But both are good choices to read or watch or vice versa a bit of comparison but to deliver the main story and focus on the storyline is the satisfaction to know both things. Is Black Cat an underrated anime series? Nope, not at all a good grade because of a good storyline and stays on it not just to develop the main character but to know also their side story is something to thank for to know why they are like that in first place is one of the important things in the story and to develop their traits or skills a bit side story first is not a bad thing at all. Black Cat anime series a good shounen anime series to watch from 2005, some said it’s a bit old anime series but a good anime story is not about the age of the series but a thing or two you can learn by watching the whole series, something a real shounen story to enjoy for its great action.
