Saya Otonashi is an ordinary girl living a simple life with her adoptive family in Okinawa City. Saya has an anemia and is unable to remember anything from the past, the only thing she remembers is the previous year. Saya’s past starts to haunt her at one night when she is attacked by an unknown creature that attacks humans and feeds by the human blood. The unknown creature starts to attack Saya and hopefully looking for help to save her life and a mysterious man suddenly appears to fend off the creature.
Haji is the name of the mysterious man who fends off the creature who attacks Saya. All of a sudden Haji forced Saya to drink his blood, when Saya started to drink Haji blood. Saya starts to slay the monster at ease and uses her own blood as a catalyst to destroy the creature. Red Shield is a hidden organization and the sole purpose of the organization is to defeat all the beast creatures, Saya and Haji starts to work together with the Red Shield not just to defeat all the creatures but also to know her secret past that she is unable to remember.

Blood+ a vampire story about Saya who just lives an ordinary normal life and all of a sudden, a big change happened because of the attack of an unknown creature. The story is about Saya and her lost past memories that she can’t remember anything at all and what is her life purpose and why she is the only one who can stop and destroy or kill the beast creature who attacks humans for the blood to feed themselves. With the help of Haji who is always on her side, Saya will fight not just to protect but to end the long war misery of the beast creature against humankind.

Blood+ anime series is great in terms of battle action aside from its good story of Saya and behind the great anime series is Production I.G who made it possible not just to enjoy the story of Saya against the beast and her past but also how she and Haji evolves and strengthen their mind and resolve to protect humans and the family who Saya been with before she’s been attacked. Music choice: four opening songs and four ending songs. Opening song choice is amazing to listen to every episode you watch and they are great, especially the Raion, the fourth opening one of the great songs of the whole series, a part where all questions will be answered. Ending song choice, you will feel the sad parts of the whole series where some part of the wind side there’s a hard loss inside.

Blood+ deserves a good anime recommendation in terms of story. It is something different to feel inside most especially on Saya, for the animation series Production I.G did a good anime not just on the battle scenes but also on the whole story. How is it this (Blood+) original anime story? In terms of date release and news online, the anime series success came out a different media release like manga and light novel for the Blood+ story and a bit different approach or delivery of the whole story, is like where you will want to know the story feed. Is the anime series a bit underrated? Nope, not at all a good rate at all because of the story delivery and anime quality is great that’s why they received a great feedback while the series aired and decided to create a manga and light novel while the series is still on air. Is Blood+ story related to the movie Blood: The Last Vampire? Nope, not at all in terms of the story setting is a bit more different but Saya is still there and no Haji in the movie but David is there for Saya support in the movie while fighting a strong creature. Blood+ a good anime series to enjoy if you’re a fan of vampire stories. This is one of the good series to watch a great story with a good quality of action and mystery that needs an answer.
