Because of Hayate's kind hearted nature and a string of misunderstandings Nagi believes that Hayate is confessing his love to her.
After Hayate saved Nagi from the real kidnappers, Nagi hired Hayate as a personal butler. Nagi reveals to Hayate that she is a member of one of the healthiest families in Japan. Hayate is highly skilled but cursed because of his bad luck or misfortune that falls in him. Taking care of the mansion and protecting Nagi from danger is the new job of Hayate as a combat butler, the safety of his savior is the new mission for a new start of his life.

Hayate no Gotoku! is one of a kind stories that it turns out full of fun because of not just the comedy side but with the touch of parody. The story centers around the main character Hayate who has a lot of misfortune not just the debt of his parents but also in daily life and Nagi who turns out not to be your ordinary girl but belongs to one of the wealthiest families in Japan. Unexpected encounter of Hayate and Nagi turns out to be a great blessing for Hayate not just to pay all his debt but a new start of his life.
Hayate no Gotoku! anime adaptation is created by SynergySP and it turns out a good anime series and the anime quality is good just like the original manga story with a bit touch to become anime series. The animation is good enough not just to tell the story of the manga but to showcase the story of Hayate misfortune and good points at the same time. The music choice is great, the opening song it turns out amazing and suits well for the series and the performance of KOTOKO is mesmerizing at all, for the ending song it turns out also good to listen everything is like telling a bit side story of the main character of the series and liked most the performance of Mami Kawada.

Hayate no Gotoku! deserves a good anime recommendation for the comedy and parody. This is one of the anime must be seen and even if the series is a bit old because of the release date it still turns out fine at all because comedy is like a medicine something, we need to relax most of the time. Anime or manga? Anime series is good comedy and parody that anyone can enjoy most and if you are a fan of Rie Kugimiya you will love this series more as her showcase of her voice talent is so great to hear her voice. The manga story is good and decides to read it because of the anime series and it turns out it is not all about comedy but also the character and the story itself is special and some lessons learned inside. Is the anime series underrated? Nope, not at all its rate is good because of the comedy and parody that turns out the real deal for the whole series and a balance of some serious parts to make the story more interesting and character development at the same time. Hayate no Gotoku! a good anime series to watch and a real comedy for entertainment and narration of the series is also a good factor at the same time a bit reminder or recap to some parts of the episode that are almost forgotten because of a lot of parody and comedy that need to be looked back on in some other episode.
