Opening song “PSI-missing” and “masterpiece” both performed by Mami Kawada. Ending song “Rimless ~Fuchinashi no Sekai~” and "Chikaigoto ~Sukoshi Dake Mou Ichido~” both performed by IKU. Academy City, Japan is an advanced city in the whole world because of the science and technology they had inside the whole city. Academy City technology is beyond 30 years advance in the rest of the world technology, most of the residents or the three fourth of the population are students developing their psychic abilities as espers in various institutions around the city. Touma Kamijou, one of the high school students at Academy City with a lowest psychic rank of zero, but a mysterious power resides in him even the science side can’t understand the ability itself. Touma ability is called “Imagine Breaker'' which he can use to negate a supernatural ability when he uses his right hand.
Touma life as a regular and normal teenager continues even, he is zero ability from the other people. One day he met a strange girl named Librorum Prohibitorum Index who memorized the entire forbidden grimoires and was being hunted down by a dangerous organization. With some magicians hunting down Index, Touma will protect her new companion Index at all cost as he discovers a strange new realm of supernatural where science meets magic.

Toaru Majutsu no Index story where science meets magic, it all started when Touma meets Index at his place, where Touma protects Index not just a companion but as a friend who is being chased by a dangerous organization because of grimoires inside Index mind. This story is just a starting point and it turns out a great story reveals from one arc to another. In terms of the story of Toaru Majutsu no Index the whole story not just only focus to Index itself but to Touma also not because he’s been drag in the situation but the kindness he shows to the people he met and choosing to save them without a return something to look forward in the whole story.
Toaru Majutsu no Index for its animation is a good for the run of the whole story but in terms of action battle is like searching for more battle effects at some point but a bit of understanding that Touma power is to negate supernatural things around even do that his only ability but its lack a bit of impact even you know the enemy is far stronger than him. For the music choice the opening song both performed by Mami Kawada really enjoyed it and easily fit for the whole series and the ending part is a good balance for high performed music to a bit medley ending song.

Toaru Majutsu no Index deserves a high recommendation for the story. It's well interesting for sci-fi and supernatural things around, a part of Dengeki Bunko and received a lot of annual awards from the votes. The animation is decent enough to watch but it’s just lacking some bit for action or the fight scenes that’s the only down part for me. Anime or light novel? First of all, I just discovered the title by watching the whole series, but because I enjoyed the story I started reading them a complex of questions that only reading I find those answers, the arc story is good because it's not just a background of the character but knowing other things more. If you just look for the story the light novel can deliver everything from you, every confusing part is explained in a good manner from the science side and from the magic side one of the good points of the story. Is the story really a good one? Yes, it’s a good one reading the whole story feels a bit greater but watching them in animation is like giving them a life on the screen like running your imagination at the same time. Toaru Majutsu no Index is a good anime to watch in terms of story. This is an interesting anime to watch, a story to enjoy and Touma character is a strong background even a zero ability can help everyone who needs it.
